Please remember that tour is coordinated by volunteer Tour Committee Members. Below is a reminder of rules for tour submissions:
- New listings can be added to tour two times.
- A third addition will be permitted when a price reduction occurs.
- Jefferson County listings only, please. Clallam County has its own tour on Wednesdays.
- Non-member Realtors are encouraged to participate, as long as the listing is located in Jefferson County.
- Please make sure to have your addition submitted by 8 am on Tuesday, Monday by 5 pm is appreciated. Include the start and end times of your Broker Open House. Emailed to jcarbrokertour@gmail.com.
- You can add your dates and time in the NWMLS only if you plan to be present during the time period advertised.
