Mission Statement:
Real Estate Professionals for Affordable Housing (REPAH) was established in January 1992 as a non-profit corporation. Our objective is to provide financial assistance to:
Help low income homeowners in Jefferson County make emergency repairs and safety improvements to their homes.
Promote and sustain affordable homeownership.
Partner with corporations, foundations and institutions organized to assist those with affordable housing needs.
Help build a stronger community by promoting affordable housing.
Our Organization is primarily funded through the commitment of Real Estate Professionals and Brokers who generously donate a portion of their commission at the closing of each real estate transaction.
Membership in, or contribution to REPAH will assist in continuing to fund an organization that is helping to solve the burgeoning housing problems in Jefferson County. With a small contribution from all, a great deal is being done to eliminate the suffering of many.
Because our officers and board members are completely voluntary, ALL of your contribution goes to help those in need.
