NWMLS encourages listing brokers to follow these steps:
Perform an internet search to find any fraudulent rental ads for your listed properties
Contact each website to remove the fraudulent ad and report the fraudulent activity
File a complaint with the Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3). IC3 is a partnership between the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and the National White Collar Crime Center (NW3C), funded in part by the Bureau of Justice Assistance (BJA). The IC3 website also offers an FAQ Section with additional information about reporting online crime.

http://sequimwater.com/ Marguerite Glover has started this site to address the water issues in Sequim:
"Welcome to SequimWater.com! The site was created to inform property owners of their rights and the Department of Ecology Draft Rule which affects their water rights throughout the Dungeness Valley in Sequim, WA. As Sequim celebrates 117 years of irrigation of this valley “Where Water Is Wealth”, the DOE set in place its draft rule affecting water rights. Get informed and contact DOE with your questions and plan to attend the public meetings."
Today at our May Association meeting, Kim Hayden provided a wish list for our friends at Dove House.
